Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with OXE Furniture. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refunds
All sales made through OXE Furniture are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Custom Furniture Orders
All custom-made or personalized furniture is manufactured according to your specifications. For this reason:
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Custom furniture is not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except where the item is damaged on delivery or does not match the agreed specifications.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hoursof delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Kindly include clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging.
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will, where appropriate:
- Repair the item,
- Replace the item, or
- Provide another suitable resolution at our discretion.
Delivery Across Nigeria
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria through trusted logistics partners.
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery before accepting it. Any issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by OXE Furniture.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or production begins. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
